Located on the top floor of the Grade II, former School Of Art, our four brand new offices are a blank canvas for emerging and established independent creative enterprises. With their high barrelled ceilings, each office is bathed in north light.
The smaller offices will easily accommodate up to four desks and the bigger office up to eight desks.
Each office will have access to a shared kitchen and lounge within our exclusive CoWorking space. As a Tenant you will also be given preferential rates on hiring our meeting pods, boardrooms and event spaces.
With High Speed WiFi, Central Heating, Electricity, Building Services and Reception Facilities all included we have All You Need, All In One Price with No Added VAT.
